Our templates include not just text responses but also suggested actions and integrations with relevant modules. This means you can automate various processes seamlessly, including:

How to Access Automation Templates

You can easily access our automation templates through two methods:

Method 1: Through the Automations Tab

• Navigate to the Automations tab.
• Click on Templates.

Method 2: Through the Automation Library

• Go to the Automation Library.
• Click the Create Automation button.
• Select Start with a template.

In the templates gallery, you can search by template name, filter by type (New, Essential, or Featured), category, modules, and automation actions, and sort by multiple values.

To use a template, simply click on it. You'll see a modal with all the template information, including the automation name, category, and actions. If you're happy with it, click Create Automation to be directed to the automation creation page. By default, the automation is off, but you can easily turn it on by toggling the switch.
