💸 Siena AI SPIF Program

💡 The Siena Partner SPIF Program is designed to incentivize and reward our valued tech and agency partners for referring potential customers, scheduling demos, and closing partnerships. This program aims to strengthen our partnerships and drive mutual growth.

Incentive Structure

💸 Referral Incentive: Earn $50 for each qualified referral sent to the Siena sales team.

💰 Demo Incentive: Earn $100 for each demo booked with a referred prospect.

🤑 Closed Deal Incentive: Earn $1,000 for each referred prospect who becomes a paying customer.

How to Participate

1. Submit referrals to the Siena sales team via email or website here.

2. Provide the following information with each referral:

• Prospect's name, company, and contact information
• Brief description of the prospect's needs or interest in Siena

3. The Siena sales team will qualify the referral and keep you informed of the referral's progress.

Payout Process

• SPIF payouts will be made via Tremendous cards.
• Payouts will be processed within 30 days of the referral, demo, or closed deal.
• The Siena sales team will track referrals, demos, and closed deals and initiate the payout process.

Terms and Conditions

• Referred prospects must be new to Siena's sales pipeline.
• Referred prospects must follow the qualification criteria:
  • Must-have a minimum of 3,000 tickets per month
  • Must-have a minimum of 2 in-house Customer Service Representatives
  • Must-have a help desk

• Referrals must be qualified by the Siena sales team to be eligible for the incentive.
• Partners are encouraged to provide warm introductions to referred prospects when possible.
• The SPIF program is subject to change or termination at Siena's discretion.
• Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the SPIF program.
