  • Question: Will the rules that I created in the RBE work in the Playground?
    • Answer: Currently, RBE doesn't work in the Playground. 

  • Question: Will the rules or RBE work with any help desk platforms?
    • Answer: The rule-based engine (RBE) only works with these help desk platforms - Gorgias, Kustomer, and Zendesk.
