As a Siena AI Manager, you are the primary custodian of your Siena AI system and the main point of contact with our dedicated Customer Success team. Your role is crucial in flawlessly executing and sustaining automation strategies on a large scale. By actively participating in all Siena training programs and workshops, you'll develop the skills to harness the platform's capabilities and design automation solutions. Regular engagement with our Customer Success team will enhance your AI knowledge, including the detection and improvement of any system misclassifications or errors. You will be instrumental in creating a futuristic customer service experience for your brand.
Key Duties
1. Accurately carry out tasks outlined in the Mutual Action Plan (MAP) document.
2. Supervise and refresh the automation library to keep it effective, relevant, and in sync with current trends.
3. Develop AI Personas, fine-tuning them as needed to align with brand values and meet customer expectations.
4. Identify and fix gaps in the automation strategy in close partnership with the Siena CS team.
5. Engage in continuous training and workshops to keep up with the latest developments in AI automation.
6. Participate in Sienaβs Monthly Connect 1:1 strategy sessions.
7. Cultivate a seamless, collaborative relationship between the brand and the Siena CS team, ensuring quick issue resolution.
8. Conduct regular system checks and tests to confirm the perfect operation of the automation system.

2. Increase the success rate of automation processes to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
3. Implement improvements to AI Personas and automations based on customer feedback and data analysis (in collaboration with our CS team)
