Hey there! Let's talk about the AI Context in Siena. It's like the secret sauce that makes Siena super smart. It's the extra info we feed into Siena's backend prompt for each user, so she can give you personalized responses.
Once you've linked your Shopify store or subscription platform to Siena, she'll start absorbing all your order and subscription data. It's like she's got a direct line to your store's brain. If your Shopify store is linked, Siena will know everything about your orders, like:
- Order number
- When the order was placed (in UTC)
- How much the order was
- Fulfillment status (She'll use the default status from Shopify, but if you're using Wonderment for order tracking and it's connected to Siena, she'll use their status updates and tracking URL)
- Payment Status
- Delivery status
- What's in the order and how much each item costs
- The tracking URL
- Discounts
- Shipping info (like Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, etc) and the shipping cost
- Estimated delivery date
- Order tags
For subscriptions, she'll know:
- The product or subscription name
- When the subscription started
- How much it costs
- Frequency or how often it's charged
- When the next charge is due
You can check out these AI contexts as well from the Siena inbox right panel.

Siena can provide these details whenever they're relevant or if a customer asks for them. You can also use this info when setting up your automations.
For instance, if you're swamped with tickets from customers asking about their delayed coffee orders, you can set up an instruction like this: "If the order contains 'Coffee', apologize and inform the customer about the recent delay with our coffee supplier. Let them know we're expecting supplies within the week and offer them a 10% discount on their next order with the promo code DELAY10."
You can also use this for upselling. For example, "If the order contains 'coffee', suggest product X after providing the order status."
