- Answer: We only cancel orders that are unfulfilled or haven't been shipped yet. Also, please take note that we can only cancel orders within the cancellation window (15 mins by default). If you want to adjust the window, just go to Modules > Shopify > click your connected Shopify account > then click Cancel Order.
