Level up your automations with Expressions! They serve as other phrases customers might ask or say, particularly useful in complex situations like troubleshooting or multi-lingual interactions. The aim of this feature is to help Siena identify intents more accurately.
For instance, if a customer contacts you because their device won't power up, you can create an automation and label it "The device won't turn on". However, customers may not always use the same wording. They might say "the device is broken" or "the device is unusable". To ensure Siena doesn't miss these tickets, you can include these phrases as expressions in your automation.
When crafting expressions, detail is key. They should be as comprehensive as your automation names. Steer clear of one or two-word phrases or vague expressions to prevent any AI confusion.
Currently, you can incorporate up to 5 expressions per automation.
Note: Expressions are optional and not required for the automation to function. However, adding Expressions enhances the automation's knowledge and improves intent detection. While the automation can work without them, including Expressions is strongly recommended, especially if it struggles to identify the intent accurately.
