At Siena, we are committed to securing our customer's data at Siena. If customers were to share sensitive or identifiable information, it's important to note that OpenAI, which we use as a sub-processor for generating responses, does not use data submitted via their API for any training purposes or to improve their own services (declared in resource 1 below).

This means that any sensitive information like email addresses, physical addresses, or banking details customers might share in your communication with Siena, are not used further by OpenAI.

Does OpenAI use my data to train their models?
