💸 The Siena Referral Program

👋 Welcome to the Siena Referral Program! We're thrilled to have you onboard, and even more excited to reward you for introducing Siena to your friends. Below are the simple terms and conditions of our program.

1. The Referral Reward:

- When you refer a friend to join Siena, and they sign up for the yearly paid plan, both you and your referred friend will receive $500 in cash.

2. Referral Process:

- To make a referral,
- Please fill out this referral form.

OR

- Introduce your friend by emailing lisa@siena.cx or tell your friends to mention they have been referred by you.
- The referral bonus will be paid out when the new customer completes their first month as a paid Siena customer.

3. Eligibility:

- Any current user or associate of Siena is eligible to participate in the referral program.
- The referred friend must be a new client of Siena and must not have been in our system or in contact with us previously.
- The referred business or individual must sign up for a yearly plan and pay their first invoice in order to be eligible.

4. Reward Payment:

- The referee’s reward will be disbursed as cash via Paypal, Amazon credit or wire transfer, or as Siena service credits. The referee can choose the preferred payout method.
- The referral’s reward will be applied as credit to their invoices.
- The referral bonus will be processed within 30 days from when a new customer completes their first month as a paid Siena customer.

5. Multiple Referrals:

- You can refer as many friends as you like; there's no cap on the rewards you can earn!

6. Disputes:

- Siena reserves the right to resolve any disputes in referral reward eligibility at its sole discretion.

7. Changes and Termination:

- Siena may change the terms of the Referral Program at any time. While we aim to notify participants of significant changes, it's the participant's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
- Siena reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Referral Program at any time without notice.

8. Privacy:

- We value your privacy and the privacy of those you refer. Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purpose of the Referral Program.
