🗂️ The AI Library Builder (ALB)

Welcome to a new era of effortless automation with Siena's AI Library Builder (ALB). This innovative tool is designed to help you discover and implement new automations swiftly and efficiently, all thanks to the power of AI.

The ALB's AI model is designed to pinpoint and recommend automations for the most common customer inquiries. With just a single click, you can review, approve, and activate these suggestions, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to automate.

The suggestions are derived from non-automated conversations, with the aim of enhancing your automation rate by capturing these non-automated tickets.

Accessing the ALB is easy. Just click on the Automations tab on the left panel, then navigate to your Library. From there, select the AI Library on the second tab.

Once you're on the main ALB page, you'll find tabs for Review, Approved, and Rejected suggestions, making it easy to track your progress. All new suggestions will appear in the Review tab. Simply click the Review button, make any necessary adjustments, and then hit the Approve and edit button at the bottom.

For added convenience, you can approve or reject suggestions in bulk. Just hover your mouse over the suggestion and check the box on the left side.

Please be aware that some suggestions may duplicate your existing automations. We recommend conducting regular audits to avoid redundancy. Rest assured, we are working on resolving this issue in upcoming updates.
