Prive integration

This guide will walk you through the process of linking your Prive account to Siena. Prive is a robust API for managing subscriptions and recurring revenue. By integrating it with Siena, you can automate a variety of tasks, including:

- Cancelling subscriptions
- Updating shipping addresses
- Swapping products
- Changing shipment dates
- Sending orders immediately

Integration steps

Sign in to your Siena account. Navigate to Modules, select Prive, and click on Add Account. Here, you'll need to input the API key from Prive. If you don't have an API Key, you can contact the Prive team to get one. Click Continue to proceed.

Managing Your Integrated Workflows

After successfully connecting your Prive account to Siena, you can explore the workflows offered by the module. To modify its settings, click on the ⚙️ Manage button located at the top right of the screen.
