Welcome to the quick guide on integrating your Order Groove account with Siena. This integration allows you to automate a wide range of tasks, including:
- Cancelling subscriptions
- Restarting subscriptions
- Updating shipping addresses
- Updating the subscription frequency
Integration Steps
Step 1: Create an API Key
First, sign in to your Order Groove Dashboard and navigate to Developers → API Keys.
Click on the Create API Key button and fill in the form. Make sure to include your email and a descriptive name (for example, Siena <> Order Groove API Key). Accept the terms of service and click Save.
*Note: Don't forget to select Yes for the Should this key be able to query in bulk? option.*
Once the page refreshes, your new API key will appear in the list of API keys. Copy this key and keep it safe - it could provide unauthorized access if not properly secured.
Step 2: Connect it to Siena
Next, log in to your Siena account and go to Modules → Order Groove → Add Account. Paste the API key you generated in Step 1, then click Continue.
Congratulations! You've successfully linked your Order Groove Subscriptions to Siena. 🎉
Managing Your Integrated Workflows
Once Order Groove is integrated, you can click on the module to see the available workflows. You can also manage its settings by clicking on the ⚙️ Manage button in the top right corner of the screen.
