Welcome to our guide on integrating your Smartrr account with Siena. This integration will empower you with automation capabilities such as:
- Cancelling subscriptions
- Pausing subscriptions
- Restarting subscriptions
- Updating shipping addresses
- Skip next shipment
Integration steps
Step 1: Create an API Key
Start by logging into your Smartrr dashboard and navigate to Integrations → API Keys. Click on the New API Key button and fill in the details as follows:
- Token Nickname: Give it a descriptive name, for example, Siena <> Smartrr API Key.
- Application Name: Enter Siena.
- Scopes: Set Subscription and Smartrr Script to Read and Write. Leave the rest as Read.
After filling in the details, an API key will be generated. Please copy and securely store this key as it can provide unauthorized access if mishandled.
Step 2: Connect to Siena
Next, log into your Siena account and go to Modules → Smartrr → Add Account. Paste the API key you generated in Step 1 and click Continue.
Voila! You've successfully integrated your Smartrr Subscriptions with Siena. 🎉
Managing Your Integration
Once the integration is complete, you can view and manage your workflows by clicking on the module. You can also manage its settings by clicking on the ⚙️ Manage button on the top right of the screen.
Enabling Webhooks
To activate webhooks, go to the Smartrr Admin → Click on API Keys → Click on the Integration → Click on Update API Key.
Scroll down, select Webhooks, set it to Read and Write, and click on Update.
