Stay AI integration

In this article, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to connect your Stay AI account to Siena. This integration will allow you to automate various tasks such as:

- Cancelling subscriptions
- Pausing subscriptions
- Updating shipping addresses
- Updating subscription frequency
- Swapping subscription products
- Adding product to subscriptions
- Skipping next shipment

Integration steps

Step 1: Create an API Key

First, log into your Stay AI dashboard and navigate to Settings → API Keys.

Click on the New API Key button and fill in the details. Give it a meaningful name like Siena <> StayAI API Key and hit save.

💡 When setting the Scopes, you can either select All or select Read Orders, Read Subscriptions, Update Subscriptions, Delete Subscriptions, Read Webhooks, Update Webhooks, and Delete Webhooks. 

Once you've created the key, it will appear in your list of API keys. Make sure to copy and store it safely as it can provide unauthorized access if mishandled.

Step 2: Connect it to Siena

Next, log into your Siena account and go to Modules → StayAI → Add Account. Paste the API key you generated in Step 1 and click Continue.

Managing Your Integrated Workflows

Once the integration is complete, you can click on the module to see the available workflows. You can also manage its settings by clicking on the ⚙️Manage button on the top right of the screen.
