Integration steps
Step 1: Create an API Key in Recharge
First, sign in to your Recharge dashboard. Navigate to Apps → API tokens and click on Create an API Token.
*Note: Only admin users can access this page. Make sure you have admin rights on your Recharge account.*
Some accounts may show two options when creating an API token, select Create an Admin API token.
Next, enter a name for the token (for example, Siena AI Token), and a support email (support@siena.cx). Then, select the permissions as shown in the table below.
*Important: Leave the API Client Secret field blank. It will be auto-generated later.
After saving, an API token/key will be generated. Make sure to copy this key for the next step.
Step 2: Connect to Siena
Log in to your Siena account and click on Modules → Recharge → Add Account. Paste the API key from Step 1 and click on Continue.
Congratulations! You've successfully integrated your Recharge subscriptions with Siena. 🎉
