It is designed to respond to every customer message unless the chat is skipped or assigned to another agent. This includes responding to messages without any specific intents.
What are the Benefits of Conversational Mode?

When Should I Use Conversational Mode?
We recommend using Conversational Mode exclusively for Live Chat. This is because Live Chat is inherently conversational, and this mode complements that nature. However, using it for email may lead to unexpected results.
How Do I Enable Conversational Mode?
By default, Conversational Mode is turned off for all channels. To turn it on, navigate to Settings > AI Configuration and scroll down to the Conversational Mode section.
