Welcome to the world of personalized AI interactions! With Siena's Persona Studio, you can bid farewell to generic, templated responses and instead, create engaging, human-like conversations that are always in line with your brand's voice.
The Persona Studio allows you to choose from a variety of core AISI personalities, which will shape the tone, voice, syntax, and overall behavior of your AI Customer Agent. The beauty of this feature is its flexibility - you can design different personas for different channels. For instance, you might prefer a more formal tone for email responses, while opting for a lively, upbeat persona for your social media interactions.
Getting started is a breeze. Simply navigate to the Persona Studio, where you'll find a selection of pre-built personas ready for use. Alternatively, you can create a new persona from scratch.
When creating a persona, there are a few essential fields to complete:
- Persona name: This is the name that will be displayed in responses or sign-offs.
- Emoji for your persona: Choose an emoji that best represents your persona.
- Internal title: This title is for internal use only and will be visible exclusively in the Persona Studio.
- Attributes: Select the characteristics you want your Persona to embody. Think of it as if you're recruiting a new team member. Do you want them to be kind, friendly, empathetic? We recommend keeping the attributes under 10 to avoid any potential AI confusion.
While the following fields are not mandatory, filling them in can enhance Siena's responses:
- Instructions: Here, you can provide specific guidelines for Siena to follow. Be as detailed as possible, instructing her as you would a human employee.
- Context: This is where you can input all the necessary brand information, such as product details, target demographics, ongoing promotions, etc.
- Emoji use: If you want Siena to use emojis in her responses, simply toggle this option on.
Once you've crafted your persona, it's time to test it out! Head over to the Playground and select your new persona at the bottom. If the persona is for a specific channel, ensure you select it accordingly. Input some real customer messages and observe how Siena responds. Make any necessary adjustments until you're happy with the results.
Finally, return to the Persona Studio, click on the Channel Mapping tab, and assign the Persona to the appropriate channel(s).
