How does it work?

The Intent Genius crafts a suggested response based on your agent's previous replies. But don't worry if there's no agent response to draw from, Siena steps in with her vast general knowledge to generate suggested content. You're always free to fine-tune this to match your specific needs.

Why use the Intent Genius?

It is your secret weapon if you're looking to ramp up your automation rate. It enables Siena to capture and respond to those topics in the future, making your customer service more efficient and effective.

Steps to Access and Utilize the Feature:

• Start by heading to your Siena inbox.
• Look over the conversations where Siena didn't provide a response.
• Hit the Create Automation button. This will launch the Intent Genius on the side panel.
• Go through the automation information and make adjustments if needed.
• Once you're satisfied, click the Add to Automation Library button and then switch the automation on.
