The Inbox AI Assistant is your 24/7 guide for creating successful automations. It provides real-time, personalized guidance to help you improve your automated responses and offers a clearer view of why Siena responds the way she does. With this knowledge, you can not only grasp the basics of the Siena AI platform but also collaborate with the AI Agent to create responses that will wow your customers when they need assistance.
How It Works
Accessing the Inbox AI Assistant is simple:
1. Go to the Siena Inbox page
2. Find a Siena-automated conversation or find a specific conversation you need help with. Hover over Siena's response to reveal ✨ gradient icon on the right, before the 👍 icon. This is your entry point to the Inbox AI Assistant.
3. Click the icon to open a chat box, where you can describe your issue and receive customized improvement suggestions. Submit your query by clicking the send button, and wait for the Inbox AI Assistant’s response.
4. Review the suggestions. The Inbox AI Assistant's feedback includes explanations and advice for refining automations and instructions, ensuring better future responses from Siena. You can approve or disapprove of the suggestions with a 👍 or a 👎, allowing us to learn from your feedback.

Currently, the Inbox AI Assistant excels in queries related to Persona, Workflows, and question formatting. It may not cover all existing automations or data points within your Siena setup.
