Integration steps
Step 1:
Start by navigating to Channels → Gladly → Add Account in Siena. A unique email address will be generated for you.
Log into your Gladly account and invite this email address as a user with API User and Agent permissions.
Step 2: (SIENA USE ONLY)
An email will be sent to gladly@siena.cx for verification and user creation.
Note: In some instances, the Gladly invite link might expire or encounter issues, leading to this error:
The easy fix is to copy the link and use it in incognito mode in your browser.
Step 3: (SIENA USE ONLY)
Once signed up, log in and navigate to Settings → Token → Create Token. Make sure to do this while logged into the generated Gladly Siena email. Keep the token safe as it won't be displayed again once you leave or refresh the page.
Step 4:
Return to Siena and input your token and domain name. The domain name is the prefix before gladly.com. For example, in http://digital-venus.gladly.com, digital-venus is the domain.
If the key and domain name are correct, a confirmation page will appear, indicating successful integration.
Customizing your integration
Once integrated, you can tweak the settings to your liking. You can pause automation, specify which channels Siena should manage, or even remove the integration if needed. Please note that Gladly no longer supports Twitter integration.
