Siena uses the Chat Conversations API to function as a Zendesk Chat agent, enhancing your customer service experience. Please note that this integration is only available for Enterprise Zendesk accounts.
Before You Begin
Ensure the following:
1. Your Classic Chat Widget is enabled. The Messaging feature is not compatible with the chat API.

2. Your Zendesk account is on the Enterprise plan.
3. You have Admin or Owner permissions on your Zendesk account.
4. Your pre-chat form is set up to request the customer's name and email.
Integration Steps
Step 1:
Integrate your Zendesk account to Sien. Follow the steps here.
Step 2:
Allow Siena AI to access your Zendesk Chat Account.
Once connected, the integration will appear in your integrations list.
Step 3:
Click on settings and enable the integration to start receiving messages.
Step 3:
To test the integration, start a conversation on an instance of the Zendesk chat widget. Send a message that you know is automated.
