💡Here are a few pro tips to enhance your Playground experience:

• Use real customer messages to see how Siena responds and adjust your automations as needed. You can access the Persona and automation library directly by clicking on "Manage Personas" and "Manage Library" in the upper right corner.
  
  
• Remember, you can only test automations if they're enabled. When creating a new automation, set it as an "internal note" first to prevent Siena from sending unnecessary or weird responses to your customers. Once you're satisfied with the test results, you can disable the internal notes.
